Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a new equipment investment as far as possible and to reduce the cost of waste liquid treatment by treating a waste liquid in a simple manner.
SOLUTION: In the treatment equipment 10, the waste liquid 12b is filtered and the resultant filtrate 18 is stored in a filtrate vessel 22 and is delivered to a cooling column 34 by energization of a pump 24. Then, the filtrate 18 fed into the cooling column 34 is circulated by energization of a pump 38 through filtrate circulating paths 40a, 40b, and 40c between the cooling columns 34 and 36 and a cooling unit 28 of a compressor 30. During this time, the filtrate 18 is adjusted particularly to about 30[°C] in a prescribed temperature range higher than ordinary temperature by the cooling 28 and is sprinkled to the external air in the cooling column 34 and the water content in the filtrate 18 is evaporated by air blasting by a rotary fan 32.
