Abstract:
To provide a method for treating nitrogen oxide more simply with high efficiency using a small-sized and lightweight apparatus, and a method for removing an atmospheric pollutant using it.
In this nitrogen oxide treatment method, nitrogen oxide is reacted with a chlorine gas. Further, in this method, NO is fixed by nitrosyl chloride produced by the reaction of nitrogen oxide with the chlorine gas.
