PURPOSE: To enhance the flexibility of adaptation, in the turning of the direction of micro-component parts, by disposing the component parts in a flexible pipe so as to change the feeding attitude and direction of the component parts by use of deformation of the pipe before they are taken out.

CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate hollow pipe 1 disposed therein with component parts P1, is twisted about its longitudinal axis by 180deg. so that the feeding attitude of the component parts P2 is turned by 180deg. in an attitude turning part 1a at the center of the pipe. Accordingly, each component part P1 is turned into a component part P2 which has an attitude reverse to that of the part P1, and is taken out from a take-out port 3. Further, when the pipe is folded back by an angle of 180deg. about an axis orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the pipe 1, the attitude of the component parts may be longitudinally reversed. Further, when both operations are combined together, the attitudes of the component parts are reversed in both longitudinal and vertical direction. With this arrangement, it is possible to provide flexible adaptation.
