To extract a desired signal without having interference and disturbance due to an adjacent signal without the need for providing a guard band.
A phase comparison section 21 compares a reference window signal given to a PLL circuit 4 with a window signal fed from a frequency dividing circuit 22, and outputs a comparison result to an LPF 23. The LPF 23 extracts low frequency components from a received signal and output it to a voltage-controlled oscillator 24. A signal from the voltage-controlled oscillator 24 is fed to each section of an OFDM modulation circuit 2 and also fed to the frequency divider circuit 22. The frequency divider circuit 22 applies frequency division to the received signal so as to generate a new window signal, which is fed to an IFFT arithmetic section 13. Furthermore, the generated window signal is fed to a PLL circuit 5. The PLL circuit 5 generates a clock to control a frequency conversion circuit 3, on the basis of the received window signal.
