This method for producing an aliphatic carbonate compound having an unsaturated bond comprises reacting a reaction raw material comprising an aliphatic alcohol having an unsaturated bond and an alkyl carbonate as essential components or a reaction raw material comprising an aliphatic atmosphere having an unsaturated bond, an saturated aliphatic alcohol and an alkyl carbonate as essential components in the presence of (1) a phase transfer catalyst or (2) a transesterification catalyst at 0-70°C.
