Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for using a freezing warehouse, capable of keeping air in a freezing chamber at a freezing temperature even when a refrigerator of the freezing warehouse temporarily stops.SOLUTION: A freezing warehouse 1 including a floor face 2, a peripheral wall 4 formed by cylindrically arranging a plurality of lateral walls 3 raised from the floor face 2, a ceiling 5 provided above and opposite to the floor face 2, and a refrigerator 7 for cooling air in a freezing chamber 6 surrounded by the floor face 2, the peripheral wall 4 and the ceiling 5 to a freezing temperature is used for suspending along the lateral walls 3 in the freezing chamber 6, a plurality of cold storage sheets 8 storing a cold storage agent 41 storing cold heat by coagulating from liquid to solid when cooling, and storing frozen food in the freezing chamber 6.
