This system is provided with a sterilizing/deodorizing method using silver ions and a device therefor and is characterized in that a conductive solution is injected into a nonconductive synthetic resin material or wooden vessel, current-carriable two sliver plates are suspended in the vessel, and an electric current is carried via an adapter from a single-phase ac.
