Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing high temperature vapor by combusting waste gas of low calory produced upon cast iron being outputted, and further for utilizing combustion gas from a vapor producer.
SOLUTION: Overheating is achieved by heat exchanging overheated vapor with process gas in many overheating stages, and the process gas is sucked into partial flows 6, 7 at a different temperature level. Gas temperature taken out depending on the quantity and/or the temperature of combustion air 3 is adjusted such that the temperature level of the first partial flow 6 sucked from a vaporizer among the overheating stages is adjusted for use in the process gas for performing preheat 8 to a coerce mineral, and that the temperature level of the second partial flow 7 sucked at an outlet of the vaporizer is adjusted for use in the process gas for drying coal.
