Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of utilizing waste heat of scrubber drain by efficiently utilizing waste heat of the scrubber drain and preheating dehydrated cakes to high temperatures.
CONSTITUTION: Scrubber drain of a scrubber 6 wherein exhaust gas evolved from an incinerator 1 and the like for dehydrated cakes is treated is allowed to pass through a heat pump 9 and a heat exchanger 10 in order named to recover heat. Further, the dehydrated cakes are allowed to pass through the heat exchanger 10 and the heat pump 9 in order named and are preheated by heat recovered from the scrubber drain.
