To spread dusting powders without sticking the dusting powders on a car body by storing the dusting powders in a storage means loaded on a vehicle, mixing the dusting powders discharged from this storage means into air currents jetted out of a blower and jetting them out of a nozzle opened in a prescribed direction.
A vehicle 1 is provided with a hopper type storage means 4 and at the lower end part of that storage means 4, a discharging means 5 is provided for quantitatively discharging the dusting powders composed of antifreezing mixtures stored in the storage means 4. This discharging means 5 is housed inside a casing in the shape of laterally axial cylinder while linking a rotor 6 having a lot of radially arranged blades to the storage means 4 to which its upside part corresponds. Further, the downside part of the discharging means 5 is communicated to a mixing means 9 for mixing the dusting powders discharged from the storage means 4 with the air currents jetted out of a blower 8, and the amount of dusting powders to be discharged from the storage means 4 is controlled by the rotating speed of a motor and the rotor 6. Besides, the direction to spread the dusting powders from a nozzle 10 is set so as not to spread the dusting powders over the vehicle 1.
