To provide a method of visualizing the MR perfusion image of an organ, notably the perfusion image of the myocardium of the heart without a deviation in position.

When a series of MR perfusion images is displayed, the first temporal image is used as a reference image and whole successive images from a series of images are transformed so as to minimize a difference (rotation and parallel movement) between the respective images and the reference image. Consequently, the organ essentially maintains its position.
