Abstract:
To provide a method for washing a fiber material by which strong rubbed stains not having been removed by conventional washing methods can be removed to elongate the product life of the fiber material without deteriorating the quality of the washed material.
This method for washing the fiber material, characterized by imparting a water-soluble polymer to the stained fiber material, drying the fiber material, and then washing the fiber material in a washing liquid containing a detergent and/or an alkali agent.
