To provide a method for washing a well and a detergent composition for the well.
A method fro washing a well comprises a step of adding the following (A) agent, (B) agent, and (C) agent sequentially into water inside the well: (A) is a metal scale dissolving agent containing methanesulfonic acid; (B) is a bactericidal agent containing the following (b1), (b2), and (b3) components, namely (b1) a sodium salt or potassium salt of dichloroisocyanuric acid, (b2) at least one selected from a group of sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium hydrogen carbonate, sodium sesquicarbonate, potassium sesquicarbonate, sodium carbonate, and potassium carbonate, and (b3) a solid organic acid or inorganic acid; and (C) is a neutralizer containing a percarbonate.
