Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to execute exact welding of corrugated parts by recognizing the shape deformation of the corrugated parts and correcting base NC data in a method for executing welding by adopting a delay control system for preceding sensors to a welding robot and previously calculating a corrugation shape as NC data.
CONSTITUTION: The quantitization values by the shape correction rates by the heights Ha, Hb of the corrugated parts, the shape correction rates by skirt widths La, Lb and the shape correction rates of bulging of body parts by the length M of the corrugated parts are determined by the three parameters from the data obtd. by the sensors in order to correct the basic NC data. The basic NC data is operated by using-these quantitization values, by which the NC data for execution is obtd.
