Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of fatigue strength in a base material by releasing a welded residual stress.
SOLUTION: This welding method for fusing metal onto the base material reduces the residual stress containing a process for welding the fusion metal on the base material and a process for plastically recessively deforming the neighborhood of surrounding part of the deposited metal on the surface of the base material. Further, the deposited block joining between a wire and the base material is made to an object, in which the end part of the wire is held and also, the fused material deposited on the base material is provided and a recessed composition deformed range is formed at the surrounding part of the fusion metal on the surface of the base material.
