Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for welding and laying a water barrier sheet by efficiently producing the water barrier sheet having a large area on a float by welding to lay the same and to provide a device therefor.
CONSTITUTION: A roll-shape water barrier sheet 10 is set to the sheet welding truck 40 mounted on a sheet welding and laying float 1 and expanded to production length by the movement of the truck 40 to fold the end part of the sheet 10 and the sheet 10 is successively folded until becoming predetermined laying length to be welded. Thereafter, the float 1 on which the truck 40 is fallen is towed to be connected to a stopper float and the operation moving the float 1 to the stopper float by the folding length of the sheet 10 while the leading end of the sheet 10 to be laid and the folding end part of the next stage of the sheet 10 on the opposite side thereof are fastened is repeated.
