Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a welding time in the case of welding a wheel for a construction vehicle.
SOLUTION: When a rim 1 and a disk 2 of a wheel for a construction vehicle which is manufactured by welding the rim 1 to the disk 2 are welded and joined, welding is simultaneously executed with a proceeding first torch 5 which is vertically faced a weld line and a second torch 6 which is positioned in the backside of the first torch 5 in the feeding direction of the torch and inclined with respect to the first torch 5 in the case of viewing it from the side in the advancing direction of the torch.
