PURPOSE: To attempt more speed up of winding, in a friction cord winding method that makes a friction cord wound so that a pre-winding pattern and a post-winding pattern are arranged to overlap each other at a certain phase, by transferring the friction cord while pressing said friction cord onto a winding table.
CONSTITUTION: As the pressing element 23 of a pressing head 2b at A point is moved to E point and, simultaneously, the pressing element 23 of a pressing head 2c at a datum point U is moved to A point, the pressing element 23 of a next pressing head 2a makes pressure contact with the datum point U. Successively, as the pressing element 23 of the pressing head 2b moved to E point is moved to I point and, simultaneously, the pressing element 23 of the pressing head 2c moved to A point is moved to E point, the pressing element 23 of the pressing head 2a at the datum point U is moved to A point, thus completing one turn of winding. As seen from the explanation above, each time a friction cord 61 is pulled, transferred and wound into one turn, a pattern for forming three folding points on a datum circle R can be wound.
