At first, the first internal provision part is packed with hydrogen (H2), and the inside of the first internal provision part is heated at a set temperature higher than room temperature. The metal sheet material is placed at the first internal provision part, and the metal sheet material is calmly let alone for a first set time. The second internal provision part is packed with hydrogen, and the temperature of the second internal provision part is held to room temperature, and further, the metal sheet material is softened. The metal sheet material is discharged from the second internal provision part, and the metal sheet material is subjected to a working operation, so as to form a cup body at the metal sheet material.
