Abstract:
To make a work robot easily attachable/detachable while maintaining an aseptic condition of an isolator.SOLUTION: In removing a work robot 15, the work robot 15 is removed and pulled out of an opening 13c after the work robot 15 and a cover 14 covering the opening 13c in an airtight manner are attached inside a housing 11, and in attaching the work robot 15, the cover 14 is removed after the inside of the cover 14 is decontaminated by decontamination gas after the work robot 15 is inserted into the cover 14 from the opening 13c and the opening 13c is attached in an airtight manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
