Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the method for working the end parts the materials to be treated for vertical hanging type surface treatments which simultaneously or continuously and efficiently work fixed-size cutting and working of engaging parts for hooking after extrusion molding and integrally automate stages without hindering the flow of a line from an extruding stage to a surface treating stage. CONSTITUTION:The engaging parts for hooking are worked simultaneously or continuously with the cutting stage for cutting to a fixed size after the extrusion molding. The working of the engaging parts for hooking is executed by a method of working the groove-shaped engaging parts for hooking simultaneously with fixed-size cutting by a cutting machine 15 constituted integrally with saw teeth 16 for cutting and saw teeth 17 for notching and grooving, a method of forming the engaging parts for hooking by drilling or bending by a press after the fixed-size cutting, a method of forming the engaging parts for hooking by grooving or drilling by a press simultaneously with the fixed-size cutting by shearing or a method of forming the engaging parts for hooking of a projecting shape by a welding method during transportation to an inspection table.
