Abstract:
To form a groove in which an edge is not collapsed and has a clear shape, in the desired position and to prevent the upper facing from being broken at time forming the groove.
A plywood 3 is formed by firstly laminating the upper facing 2 harder than a base material 1 on the surface of the base material 1. The board material 5 is formed by covering the surface of the plywood 3 with a decorative sheet 4. Thereafter, grooves 6 are formed on the surface of the board material 5 by using a pressing jig 10 having projection parts 11 for forming the grooves and pressurizing the pressing jig 10 toward the board material 5 in such a state that the projection parts 11 are faced on the surface of the board material 5.
