PURPOSE: To ensure the accurate and satisfactory reflection of the selector's will by writing the strength of selection will to the choices on a selection form as the priority and then adopting the choices in the same number as that of selected ones based on the total priority value.

CONSTITUTION: The choices selected by a selector are totalized and then the choices are adopted in the same number as that of selected ones. In such a method, the form type inputted through a reading device 24 is recognized by a recognizing device 25 and stored in a storage 27. Meanwhile the strength of selector's will (priority) is written in the due column of a selection form as the segment length, for example. Thus an information processor 29 delets the form type out of all information on the selection form and extracts only the priority. Then the processor 29 totalizes the priority for each selected choice and adopts the choices in the same number as that of selected ones based on the value of priority totalization. Therefore the wills of all selectors are faithfully reflected on the result of totalization of priority for each selector and the reliability is improved.
