Abstract:
本願において開示される事項は、生物学的組成物を精製するための方法であって、前記生物学的組成物を、リン酸緩衝食塩水（ＰＢＳ）を含む組成物へとダイアフィルトレーションして精製された組成物を得ることを含む、方法を含む。本願において開示される方法は、前記生物学的組成物から１種以上の不純物、例えばビス（２−ヒドロキシエチル）アミノ−トリス（ヒドロキシメチル）メタン（Ｂｉｓ−ｔｒｉｓ）を除去するために特に有用である。
