Abstract:
To provide an immunological method for detecting a Zika virus antigen and an anti-Zika virus antibody with a same reaction system.SOLUTION: When a combination of a Zika virus ENV antigen and an anti-IgM antibody is used as a detection system of an IgM type anti-Zika virus antibody, and responsiveness to a specimen is evaluated in a same reaction system combining both detection systems, a target molecule in the specimen can be detected at remarkably high sensitivity, in comparison to a case where respective detection systems are used independently.SELECTED DRAWING: None
