To provide a method by which a resin film having an uneven shape on the surface and useful for various kinds of applications is efficiently and continuously produced by using the excellent unevenness-transferring properties and by sufficiently preventing the planarization of the uneven shape formed by the curing, and to provide a method by which a shading film having excellent various properties such as heat resistance and shading properties is efficiently produced by using the production method.

The method for producing the resin film having the uneven shape on the surface includes a step of forming the uneven shape on the surface of a thermosetting resin film constituted of a thermosetting resin composition by a transfer method, and a step of curing the thermosetting resin film. The concentration of the solid content in the thermosetting resin film to be subjected to the surface unevenness-forming step is 60-80 mass% based on 100 mass% of the whole mass of the thermosetting resin film in the production method.
