Abstract:
To develop a method capable of efficiently and conveniently manufacturing a stereoisomer from various amino compounds irrespective of a scale of a system.SOLUTION: Methods for producing stereoisomers are provided, including (1) and (2) below: (1) a substance containing an asymmetric carbon atom containing an amino group containing a hydrogen atom is reacted with a compound of the formula (I) below [X and Y are independently N or C; at least one of R1 to R4 is a group having capability of separating a compound of a formula (I) from the substance and its stereoisomer; when X is N, R4 is not present, when Y is N, R1 is not present] to generate a stereoisomer of the substance; and (2) the stereoisomer is separated from the compound of the formula (I).SELECTED DRAWING: None
