Abstract:
The method involves applying a steering torque (Cg) to a spare-wheel (2g) by an intermediary of one of arms (5g, 6g) of a virtual pivot of a suspension system of a steering axle. The steering torque is applied to the spare-wheel under a form of steering force acting at a point of articulation of the arm (5g) on the spare wheel. The steering force is created by the transversal force acting on the arm (5g). An independent claim is also included for an automobile vehicle with a suspension system.
