Abstract:
To provide pharmaceutical compositions for treating cancer in a subject, ameliorating at least one symptom or indication of the cancer, or inhibiting the growth of the cancer.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for use in a method of treating a tumor or inhibiting the growth of a tumor comprises an isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds programmed death 1 (PD-1). The method comprises: (a) selecting a patient with a brain cancer; and (b) administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds PD-1.SELECTED DRAWING: None
