PURPOSE: To facilitate the manufacture and to reduce the defective rate of the product by adopting a complete component having a signal wire and a socket for a sensor section so as to divide the process into assembling process of the sensor section and that of a speaker section.
CONSTITUTION: A diaphragm 4 in which a voice coil 7 is coupled in the center by an edge 6 and a damper 15 is fitted to the inside of a frame 8 coupled with a magnetic circuit 9 while the diaphragm is vibrated and the voice coil 7 is inserted to a ring shaped magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit 9. A throughhole 6 to which a signal wire 2 and a socket 3 of a sensor 1 are inserted is made to the diaphragm 4. The sensor 1 to detect the acceleration, the velocity or the displacement of the voice coil vibration is fitted to a top of the voice coil 7 and the signal wire 2 comprising four conductors for + power supply, -power supply, vibration output and earth is fitted to the sensor 1 and the socket 3 is fitted to the end of the signal wire 2 as a complete component. Thus, the sensor is checked as a single body and a defective component is rejected.
