PURPOSE: To force high-temperature conductive operating fluid to percolate on a high speed, by using reciprocal action between an operating liquid circulating action of a loop-type heat pipe and the pressure loss eliminating action at a heat receiving section and a heat emitting section.

CONSTITUTION: As a means to force conductive fluid to flow, a loop-type heat pipe 1 is used in which conductive liquid is sealed as operating liquid. In this loop-type heat pipe 1 the operating liquid is forced to circulate intensely by an operating liquid circulating means 6. A heat receiving section 1-H and a heat emitting section 1-C are provided to the loop-type heat pipe 1. The operating liquid transports the calory, repeating the evaporation and condensation. A generation section is composed of a loop-type heat pipe generating container 1-E, an insulating board 4 and an electrode 5 arranged across the magnetic field generated by a strong magnetic field generating means 3.
