To provide a micro blower capable of changing a flow rate and/or the pressure without changing the design of a blower chamber and a flow passage.
A blower body 1 includes a first wall 2a and a second wall 3b, and first and second openings 2b and 3c are formed at the walls at positions opposite to a vibrating plate 5. Flow-in passages 7 and 7a for guiding fluids from the outside are formed between both the walls. When the vibrating plate is vibrated, the fluid in the flow-in space 7a is discharged from the second opening 3c by the fluid which is continuously discharged from a first blower chamber 6 by this fluid. A third wall 9 having a second blower chamber 8 is provided at a side opposite to the first blower chamber 6 with the vibrating plate 5 between them. The third wall has a third opening 9a. The fluid is sucked from the third opening 9a by the vibration energy of the vibrating plate, and supplied to the flow-in passage 7. A flow rate and/or pressure characteristics can be thereby improved.
