Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently mass-produce micro-breakers in which a PTC 7 is connected to a contact in parallel to reliably prevent momentary interruption.SOLUTION: A micro-breaker for preventing momentary interruption includes: a movable contact plate 1 including a movable contact provided at a tip of an elastic arm; a fixed contact plate including a fixed contact provided at a position opposing the movable contact; a bimetal making a contact in an open state at a preset temperature; a PTC 7 connected to the fixed contact plate and the movable contact plate 1; and a lead wire 14 connecting the PTC 7 to the movable contact plate 1 and including a welding terminal 19 provided to the outside of a case. A connection terminal 11 of the movable contact plate 1 disposed at the outside of the case, is provided with a notch S for passing an insulating rod 98 therethrough, the insulating rod pressing the welding terminal 19 to a non-contact position of the connection terminal 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
