PURPOSE: To provide a micro-filtering apparatus using a ceramic membrane and capable of simply washing and regenerating a filter medium.

CONSTITUTION: A floatable granular filter medium is supplied in a filter tank 1 and a filter cylinder 3 using a ceramic membrane is embedded in the filter medium bed formed by the granular filter medium so that a filtrate is taken out of the hollow part of the filter cylinder 3 and the stirrer 4 of the granular filter medium is installed under the filter medium bed 2. A supplied raw soln. is passed through the granular filter medium to separate impurities in the raw soln, and the fine solid in the raw soln. is further removed by the filter cylinder 3. When the granular filter medium and the filter cylinder 3 are clogged, by stirring the granular filter medium, the clogging substance of the granular filter medium and the filter cylinder can be removed at a stroke.
