PURPOSE: To facilitate operation, by simplifying composition by mounting the handles and the indices of a carrier for moving a micro-fish in the right angle crossing two directions to the two locations of the front and the side.

CONSTITUTION: The motion of moving frame bodies 6, 8 in the X and Y directions that freely slide in the right angle crossing two directions on a support base 5, which constitutes a micro-fish carrier 4 and can freely be turned, is adjusted using corresponding indices 18, 19 as guides by means of handles 9 or 10 mounted to the front and the side. Thus, a simple construction can be produced which easily operates the carrier 4 even from either of two side directions of a micro-fish. Consequently, the adjustment of locations, etc. to the micro-fish obliquely inserted into the micro-fish carrier, the ratio of which length to which width differs, can be performed easily and positively when turning the base 5.
