Abstract:
To enable a temperature of a micro fluid device to be controlled locally.
The micro fluid device has an aperture near a region whose temperature is controlled, whereby the temperature of the micro fluid device can be controlled locally. Furthermore, a method for controlling the temperature of the micro fluid device is provided, which comprises: a step of introducing a heat exchange fluid or inserting a heat exchange member into the aperture of the micro fluid device; and a step of performing a heat exchange with the micro fluid device through the heat exchange fluid or the heat exchange member.
