CONSTITUTION: This micro-laser flight time type mass spectrometer is provided with a reflecting mirror 24, a Cassegrainian objective lens 22, electrode plates 25a, 25b and an ion detector 34. The reflecting mirror 24 is arranged at a position outside the objective lens 22, a laser beam 7 squeezed small irradiate a sample 2 and ions 18 are excited.
