Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a micro lens piece having a small aberration of unit micro lens wherein the unit micro lens can be brought to a spherical surface or intentionally made non-spherical surface by enabling a relative size between a radius of curvature of a central part of the unit micro lens and the radius of curvature of a peripheral part to be controlled without providing a masking frame.
SOLUTION: For the micro lens piece formed by a method wherein an insulation layer 2 is patternized on a surface of a substrate 1 of which at least the surface has conductivity, an electrodeposition starting point is exposed from an opening 2a of the insulation layer 2 and a metal is electrically deposited from the electrodeposition starting part, a deposition starting electrode 3 which is provided at the electrodeposition starting part and projected by the insulation layer 2 according to a shape of the micro lens and a metal layer 4 of the micro lens shape which is electrically deposited with the deposition starting electrode 3, are provided.
