To lower the loss of the energy flowing in a signal line by providing a gap and a control line connected to an electrode arranged with a space from each signal line, and arranging the control line and a control terminal with a more space from the signal line in comparison with an electrode position.
Signal lines 2a, 2b for flowing the high frequency electromagnetic energy are separated from each other by a gap G. A lower electrode 11 is formed with a distance D1 from the gap G and the signal lines 2a, 2b. One end of a control line 16a is connected to a side surface of the signal line 2a side of the lower electrode 11. The control line 16a is obliquely extended from the lower electrode 11 in a direction for separating from the signal line 2a. Consequently, a distance between the control line 16a, the control terminal 3a and the signal line 2a are larger than the distance D1. With this structure, energy loss from the signal line 2a to the control line 16a can be reduced.
