To analyze transitional change of a micro-magnetization state while moving one of a plurality of magnetic substance such as a recording medium and a recording head in an arbitrary direction.

An input unit 14 reads an analysis target model in which only regions of a magnetic substance fixed in a space and a magnetic substance to be moved are mesh-divided into minute elements, and analysis conditions. A magnetic field distribution calculating unit 16 generates a first magnetic field equation by use of finite element method while disposing unknown on sides of all minute elements of each magnetic substance, generates a second magnetic field equation by use of boundary element method while disposing unknown on boundary sides of the minute elements in contact with the space of each magnetic substance, solves the simultaneous equations thereof to determine vector potentials of the sides of each element, and determines a magnetic field distribution within each element from the vector potentials. A micro-magnetization motion calculation unit 18 disposes unknown of micro-magnetization in the center of each minute element in a micro-magnetization region, and determines micro-magnetization by time integration of LLG equation with the magnetic field distribution determined by the calculation unit 16 as an external magnetic field to the LLG equation.
