This micro manipulator includes: a metallic needle 1, the tip of which is pointed, pyramid-like or conical; a grounded conductive material part 2; and an opening and closing contact part 3 provided at the terminal part of the metallic needle 1 to switch the electric connection with the conductive material part 2 between the on and off states, wherein the base other than the tip part of the metallic needle 1, the conductive material part 2 and the opening and closing contact part 3 are mounted and fixed to a handle part 6.
