Abstract:
To provide a micro-nozzle attached to a tip of a fuel injection valve and having high reliability.
Since a structure of this micro-nozzle is constituted by connecting high concentration impurity layers 58c, 59c, metallic electrodes 55a, 55b, and pulling-out electrodes 7a, 7b mutually in a region having small change of temperature (a thermally separated region 62) and separated thermally by a heat separation region 61, it is possible to suppress peeling-off of a connection boundary face and corrosion and deformation of metallic electrode itself or disconnection due to migration caused by repetition of rise and drop of temperature of a connection part to improve reliability of the micro-nozzle 5.
