To provide a micro nozzle capable of injecting gaseous fluid by atomizing fluid to inject such as fuel oil.
The upstream side of a channel penetrating through the front/rear face of this micro nozzle is constituted of a first channel 20 formed of a hole of a first porous body 11, the downstream side is constituted of a second channel 21 having the channel diameter smaller than that of the first channel 20 formed of a hole of a second porous body 14, and a voltage is applied to the first porous body 11 to rapidly raise the temperature of the fuel oil passing through the first channel 20. As it is heated by the first channel, the fuel oil having a small surface tension alone can pass through the second channel 21. The droplet of the fuel oil injected from the micro nozzle 10 is thus miniaturized by the passing of the second channel 21 having small channel diameter and the small surface tension of the fuel oil so as to inject the fuel oil in the gaseous state or a state close to the gaseous state.
