Abstract:
To provide a micro solenoid valve having quick changeover operation.
The micro solenoid valve comprises a cylinder 1 having ports in an axial intermediate portion and at both axial ends, a plunger 2 stored in the cylinder so as to be reciprocative in the axial direction of the cylinder and having a permanent magnet for selectively closing the ports at both the axial ends of the cylinder, an electromagnet 6 provided around at least one of both sides across the port in the axial intermediate portion of the cylinder, and one or a plurality of passage grooves 1e extending to the axial direction of the cylinder and communicated with the port in the axial intermediate portion.
