Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an oscillator which can oscillate VHF and is miniaturized.
CONSTITUTION: A micro vacuum device, constructing an electronic beam user, supplying an electron beam focusing coil 4, an output coil 5, free electron beam oscillator provided with plural spin reversing coil 6, a coil for quadruple electron spin orientation filter and the output coil, between a grid 3 and a collector 2, placed in a horizontal type vacuum tube, wherein a cathode l, the grid 3, and the collector 2 are formed on a substrate, in a flat condition, and electrons which radiate from the cathode 1 are captured at the collector 2 through the grid 3.
