The present invention relates to a microbubble-generating device which is compact in structure to reduce the number of pipes to be used, consequently decreases the probability of water leakage, reduces abrasion in pipelines to effectively generate bubbles, and further has a function as a shower when used in a bathroom. In addition, the device is provided with: a water-sucking part into which water flows; an air-sucking part into which air flows; a pumping part which is connected to the water-sucking part and the air-sucking part and sucks water and air; a circulating part which is connected integrally to the pumping part and includes a dissolution part on which an excessive air-emitting hole for emitting excessive air not dissolved in water to the outside is formed; and an emitting part which is connected to the dissolution part and receives supplied water and air to generate microbubbles.
