Title:
マイクロバブル発生貫流ポンプ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5800185
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that in an aeration tank, a culture tank, and a cultivation tank, an aeration technique for supplying a large amount of microbubbles into the whole tanks efficiently and uniformly with a water flow is required, and a stable microbubble generation technique without turbulence is necessary to reduce the frictional resistance by the microbubbles of a ship.SOLUTION: Microbubble generation flowing pumps each having a microbubble generation mechanism are installed in the aeration tank, the culture tank, and the cultivation tank, and effective aeration is carried out. In the ship, a large amount of a stable microbubble flow is supplied along the hull to reduce the frictional resistance of the hull. Bubbles are broken into minute bubbles by mixing a flow ejected from a diffusion hole while being accompanied by high speed rotation by a special rotation mechanism set in the central part of an impeller with a flow in the impeller to obtain the generation of the microbubbles.
