PURPOSE: To form microcapsulated dry particulates in a dry powder form by adhering a slurry obtd. by bringing the microcapsulated dry particles into contact with a surfactant or the like to a carrier substrate, then evaporating the surfactant.

CONSTITUTION: The slurry is prepd. by bringing the microcapsulated dry particulates into contact with a precipitation preventing agent and the surfactant and this slurry is adhered to the carrier substrate. The surfactant is then evaporated from the slurry on the surface to form the microcapsulated liquid in a dried state in such a manner that the liquid is not substantially adhered and fixed to the carrier substrate and is made desorbable from the carrier substrate, by which the carrier adhered with the microcapsulated liquid is produced. The adequate examples of the carrier substrate include coated paper, uncoated paper, plastic films or the like.
