PURPOSE: To accurately release the encapsulated substance by encapsulating an active substance and an inner solvent with a microcapsule outer coating containing a component which absorbs electromagnetic waves of ultrahigh frequencies and generates heat itself to produce microcapsules.

CONSTITUTION: An active substance and a required inner solvent are encapsulated with an outer coating to produce microcapsules. The outer coating has at least one component in the components which absorbs electromagnetic waves of ultrahigh frequencies as microwaves and generates heat itself, and the outer coating can seal and can be broken by external factors. Preferably, the outer coating consists of a material having polarity, and for example, an ethylene- maleic acid anhydride copolymer, a polyamide or the like is used. As for the active substance, for example, ink, pigments, dyes, adhesives, tacky adhesive agents, or pharmaceutic therapeutic or diagnostic substances are used.
