Abstract:
To provide a microchannel structure which enables a fluid to be distributed uniformly to a plurality of microchannels arranged horizontally or three-dimensionally in the microchannel structure.
The microchannel structure comprises introduction openings for introducing at least two fluids, introduction channels connected thereto, confluence parts where the fluids introduced through the introduction channels join together, and treatment channels extending to discharge openings for discharging the fluids from the confluence parts. The treatment channels have parts wherein the channel cross sections increase and decrease periodically.
